Today’s video cigar review features our very own Sr. Cigar Advisor (how’dya like that fancy title?) Jason Rubino. He tackled the ever-so-difficult task of smoking a CAO OSA Sol for us to experience with him. There’s a very uncommon, and unexpected note detected in this cigar, let us know if you experienced the same when you tried one of these CAO Cigar treats!

Just tried some Cuban Jose L. Piedra Nacionales, got the box of 25 as a gift from a neighbour so a total supprise. When i opened the box i was a bit perplexed to see them wrapped in celophane rather than loose but anyhow i took one out and virtualy inhailed the whole cigar as i havnt had a decient one in ages, the aroma was sublime the wrapping was slightly dry in places so they may need a spell in the humadore, i fount myself smelling a woody hazel/walnut mixed with a damp forest clearing a musty decaying wood smell which i liked and couldnt wait to fire her up, The cap came off cleanly and the pre light draw was smooth and again the forest came to mind but after lighting it a nice hit of coca was the dominent flavour, as it happent i had made a nice brew of good coffee and the two together were sublime it burned cleanly and even right down to the band where the wrapping started to split so it was time to make use of one of my corncob pipes and finish that bad boy off to the end. I would strongly recament this cigar on the previso that one has time to slowly enjoy a few cups of good coffee and a great smoke .
